I started yoga in 2011 as a way to manage stress. It changed everything — my body, my mind, my life. Now I share that transformation with others.
Certified in Vinyasa, Yin, and Power Yoga. Trained in Bali, India, and Los Angeles. Every class is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Yin Yoga

Deep stretching and stillness. Hold poses longer to release tension in connective tissues.
Power Yoga
45 min — $30/class
High-intensity, strength-focused practice. Sweat, challenge yourself, and grow stronger.
