For web development:

I feed client requirements to Claude Code and get a strong starting structure within minutes. Maybe 70% of the code comes from AI-assisted generation; I refine and customize the rest.

Projects that took a week now take 3–4 days.

What Didn't Work

The failures deserve equal attention.

Submitting AI-generated drafts without substantial editing produced "technically fine but somehow flat" feedback. The quality gap between lightly-edited AI output and genuinely refined work is noticeable, especially to sophisticated clients.

Removing my judgment from the process created a few cases where final deliverables didn't quite fit the client's actual needs. AI handles drafting efficiently. Listening, interpreting, and adapting to a client's real intent is still irreplaceable human work.
